Tharoo Oru Janmam Koodi (Thadavukaari) (1978)
Lead roles were played by Prem Nazir, Lalu Alex, Daljit Kaur (new heroine from Punjab - she is still acting in Punjabi Movies), Hema Chaudhari, Azeez, Shankaradi etc. Prem Navaz was the Associate director in the movie. Music Director was G Devarajan & Madhuri for her song "Rakkili paadi" won the state award for the best female playback singer in 1978 (another song by P Jayachandran?). The movie made in Black & white was not released as colour movies started dominating the scene in late '70s.
The story goes like - Nazir who is a jail doctor falls in love with a young lady prisoner who was convicted for a crime that was not done intentionally by her.
