Sarath Babu is a film actor from India, who has acted in almost all the major south Indian languages - Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu. He has been in the industry for nearly 35 years and has acted in more than 200 movies, most of them in a supporting role.
He has received numerous awards, including eight Nandi awards from the government of Andhra Pradesh for his roles in Telugu movies. He also has acted in an English movie - 'Waking Dreams' - that is due for release. He was married to south Indian actress Rama Prabha but they are now separated.
Sarath Babu has been married to the Cine Star M.N.Nambiar's daughter Sneha for the last 20 years.
