Thank You (A name that really has no significance to the movie plot line or otherwise), stands out in its portrayal of the characters and the mode of storytelling whether you are a communist, socialist or a capitalist.
The protagonist and his pregnant wife returns to Kerala for good from the US only to jump right into a tragic story - portrayed beautifully - of the previous tenants of his apartment. Upon learning of several wrongs worsened by a dysfunctional system in India with respect to law and order, he embarks on a tough journey made tougher by the path he chooses to right the wrong.
Several issues that we shouldn't be worried about in this day and age anymore is being discussed in the movie because the real social ills of our society is beyond comparison. Child molestation, Nefarious links between politics and murder, A system that corrupts even those who mean well are all treated with the deft touch only VK Prakash and part of his usual team of Jayasurya, P Balachandran, Honey Rose Varghese, Saiju Kurup, Tini Tom together with the new face Sethu, adds variety and spice to the overall show.
Definitely worth a watch
